Ramin Noushinfar Candidate Member - AIC
With almost a decade of experience as a Sales Representative with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Ramin brings a strong real estate foundation to his valuation work, offering practical, on-the-ground insight into market activity and property value drivers. His academic background — a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban Planning from York University, alongside Civil Engineering Technology from Seneca Polytechnic — rounds out a well-grounded, analytical approach to appraisals.

Coverage Area
We are based in Toronto, and our main coverage area is the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We also complete appraisals on a case by case basis all throughout Southern Ontario. If the subject property is located outside of the GTA, please still contact us, as we will always try and work with you!
